Mentis is the next-gen hiring tool that finds talent efficiently for companies. How? Through the Curriculum Mentis or CM, a live real-data driven candidate document generated automatically, which provides everything that is currently captured in lengthy recruitment processes. The CM captures thinking process as well as true soft and technical skills, in real-time. The CM enhances conventional recruitment, leading to validated hiring decisions as well as reduced time and cost, focusing on the company's and applicant's UX.
How does it work? Applicants are paired up to tackle a 90min digital challenge together. By ‘thinking out loud’, they enable our tech to automatically create their individual CM. We use AI tools such as facial recognition and speech analysis to generate a data driven digital document that captures thinking process as well as true cognitive, soft and technical skills, in real-time. After they complete the challenge applicants receive individual feedback on their performance with tips to improve teamwork and other soft skills.
